When can I begin exercising post-partum?
Generally, doctors recommend starting 6 weeks after your delivery. If you had a vaginal birth and are physically fit, you can start as soon as 2 weeks (with approval from your doctor). For a C-section we begin slowly, working to reintegrate the awareness and strength of your core muscles, particularly the lower abdominals.
